Job Description:
- Attend to customers’ enquiries related to OBUs
- Liaise with Land Transport Authority (LTA), technical support teams, and child workshops on OBU-related matters
- Maintain and update OBU records accurately in the system
- Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments related to OBU services
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager
