Admin Assistant

Job Description:

  • Attend to customers’ enquiries related to OBUs
  • Liaise with Land Transport Authority (LTA), technical support teams, and child workshops on OBU-related matters
  • Maintain and update OBU records accurately in the system
  • Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments related to OBU services
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
