Job Description
- Perform test ride (bike)
- Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on motorcycle maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with mechanic to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service jobs
- Communicate with customers regarding service timelines, updates, and any additional repairs or maintenance needed
- Generate quotations, invoices and process payments accurately
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Minimum class 2A license with 1 year riding experience
