Job Description:

  • Handle and follow up on documentation (sales, insurance, hire purchase)
  • Liaise with insurance companies and finance partners on applications and payments
  • Request and collect necessary documents from customers
  • Process purchase orders for motorcycles and accessories
  • Coordinate with suppliers on delivery and handle goods receiving
  • Update records and provide admin support to sales and operations team

Job Requirements:

  • Basic admin experience required
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good communication and coordination skills
