I visited Ban Hock Hin for the first time today @1pm due to my faulty OBU. I was very impressed by the company. The reception counter lady was very friendly and extremely helpful. Ms Nana provided great customer service! Her explanations about the issue was very clear. Mr Raj, the mechanic, was very organised too! They were all very well trained and professional. Overall, the service experience was very seamless and I really appreciate it!
