The team here is very very professional. I walk in without appointment and the manager and Miss Nana was very professional. Wonderful humans. Pictures were taken, issues documented on system, and a debrief session ensued. All these over an OBU wiring issue that was shorted due to rat bite. There is also an AC lounge while customers wait, with water and biscuits. 6 stars experience.
