I made an appointment with BHH on 06/08/26 in the afternoon to have my OBU checked with issues at most Exiting barriers " No entry data detected ", No Card in IU, or No IU detected even though the Nets card is inserted. This intermittent faults works occasionally, but most of the time it won't, thereby causes frustrations, stress and even long queues of vehicles behind me. With proven videos and pics of the faulty OBU shown, BHH installed a new OBU even though the old OBU was diagnosed as been in good working conditions. The wires were nicely laid and cable tied, Nana and the team were very helpful in helping me to resolve these issues.
