It is evident to me that BHH prides themselves on the service and professionalism they provide. I came in for an OBU inspection as mine was acting up, constantly showing "No IU Detected" at carpark gantries, due to poor installation and an overall lack of care (as I found out from the after service run through) from the previous workshop.

Azim relocated my IU with ram mounts and even ensured that it will not collide with my Carplay system while ensuring adherence to installation guidelines. Nana then ran through what was done, why it was done, and what I could do to prolong the longevity of my OBU. It was here that I learned that the previous installation was really a rush job more than anything. I also didnt have to fork out a penny for this resolution as it was under warranty.

Overall it took about 2 hours and was a pleasant experience. I would urge anyone needing an OBU installation or servicing to just come here as they are extemely professional and you wouldn't have to worry about issues in the future.
