Had a really good experience here! It was my first time getting my OBU changed due to an issue with the card reader, so I wasn’t very familiar with the process.

Nana from the admin side was very friendly, patient and helpful. She took the time to talk me through the whole process and explained everything clearly, which made the experience much easier and less confusing for me.

Chun Hong, the mechanic, also did a great job with the OBU replacement and everything was handled smoothly.
