Thank you for helping and assisting me on OBU intermittent issues i faced. I would like to give my appreciation of thanks to the OBU Customer Service Team and the technician (whom i forgot to ask the name, but its a malay guy). They really noted down in simple terms which i really appreciate it on the do's and don't's.

At the same time, thank you for using the old mount as I did not want to let it go to waste, hence the technician was able to install and ensure its within the LTA regulation.

Now, I do not have to worry about the OBU not being able to read my card. Tested multiple times and it's able to read, so I am relieved that it's been rectified. Thank you :).

It's my first time coming to BHH, and I can see why many motorist would come down and willing to wait despite the long queues. The service is top notch, and I would definitely recommend anyone if they need reliable and professional workshop. This is the shop that can handle your queries and worries.
