Motorcycle Rider Training in Singapore: ChampSchool by YCRS

Champions Riding Academy, a Ban Hock Hin company, brings the Yamaha Champions Riding School (YCRS) and ChampSchool programme back to Asia.

Motorcycle Training Classes

ChampSchool is a data-driven motorcycle training class built on ‘Champions Habits’: the techniques the world’s best riders use to go faster and stay safer. The full official curriculum below is the ChampSchool programme.

ChampSchool

ChampSchool is the flagship two-day, in-person riding program taught at racetracks designed to accelerate your skill and confidence. We teach you how to ride your motorcycle the way it was engineered to be ridden—with safety, control, and speed. Our curriculum is rooted in real-world, data-driven best practices used by the world’s top riders.

Who ChampSchool Is For

ChampSchool is for licensed and able riders who want to ride better. Three rider profiles fit best.

Note: this is a rider training programme, not a motorcycle riding lesson for licence acquisition. Riders new to motorcycling still need to complete a licence course through SSDC, CDC, or BBDC before joining ChampSchool.

Why Train with YCRS

YCRS sits a level above generic advanced motorcycling or defensive riding courses. The reasons come down to heritage, method, and structure.

World-top-tier heritage

The programme was born from the Freddie Spencer High-Performance Riding School and evolved into Yamaha Champions Riding School under national championship riders.

'Champions Habits' curriculum

The techniques and skills that the world's fastest and safest riders use, taught in a structured format.

Filmed laps with individual review

Every session is fil=med, then reviewed with instructors so you can see and fix real habits, not just hear feedback.

True 4:1 student-to-instructor ratio (throughout the entire training!)

Small groups mean each rider gets meaningful attention across the two days. Instructors are always around and ready to answer questions.

Track-based, data-driven best practices

All learning happens on the track with a curriculum built from real racing data, not classroom theory.
