I sent my bike for insurance claim as BHH was the only sole authorized workshop for direct Asia. Overall I must say it was a pleasant experience. The star person/dept is definitely the workshop. They did more than they were supposed to do, going over and beyond. I am riding Nmax and I just sent my bike for 20k servicing but the workshop that did it didn’t inform me that my clutch pad has worn out and after collecting my bike the vibration was worse than before sending it for servicing. After i collected the bike from the part replacement from BHH, I felt 0 vibration at all. They even swapped my rusted bolts and replaced my cable ties for my number plate with bolts as well. Truly above and beyond. I would consider sending my bike here for regular servicing even though I live in the west side.
