Sent my bike for accident claim. Overall I am very satisfied with the repairs. Mechanics even highlighted some wear and tear which would not cover the claim so that my safety on the road isnt compromised. Thank you to the mechanics for the highlighted issues. By doing so, it could have prevented another unwanted incident. Thank you also to Stephanie, Mignon, Shi Wei for the prompt updates on my bike. In addition, some bolt and nuts that were rusty was also changed even if its not part of the claim or jon scope. Small details that they changed I do notice. Thank you to the team for the extra service. My bike looks very new. Overall, I am very satisfied.
